Spiire Canberra are seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their team! As a Project Manager,you’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that brings ideas to life. You will oversee all our disciplines, not just the civil team and have the opportunity to have that oversight of all facets of the business.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

• Being the primary point of contact for the client through the lifecycle of the project, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managed.
• Taking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to Spiire.
• Preparing tender and contract documentation.
• Collaborating in the design approval process.
• Managing invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issues.
