Job Description

(Candidate must have above 5+Yrs experience in handling of construction projects with capable to work on façade works (glazing / Stone / Granite cladding) or interior works which include marble / granite works etc.,  Candidate with qualification of BE Civil / Diploma / Interior Design and Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera will be added advantage).





Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete project prosecution execution, including arranging and deploying required resources.

• Coordinate with clients, maintain proper records, documentation, and reconciliations.

• Ensure timely billing, effective cost control, and efficient labor and expense management.

• Prepare and share site requirements in a timely manner to ensure smooth project progress.

• Demonstrate leadership qualities, manage a team effectively, and build a capable workforce under supervision. Candidates should be fluent in English

 


Location: South Mumbai

Salary: 8 to 10 Lac depending on experience

Needed an immediate Joining candidate.
