Study and Understand Tender Specifications GCC Bill of Quantities and other contract conditions for a project Coordinate with Architects and Consultants to prepare a project file containing all necessary information like all finalized approved layouts and drawings necessary for constructions Prepare the Project Cost estimate along with site team Prepare preliminary Construction schedule Coordinate with vendors contactors and prepare a list with contact details and scope of work to be filed for ready reference Attending meetings with clients Architects Consultants Vendors Suppliers and sharing MOM to Management Daily site report to be sent to the Management escalating the issues and concerns at the site the decision to be taken for project execution for approval Ensure that all the material used by the sub-contractors are of appropriate quality the workmanship is up to the mark as per the finalized approved designs Coordinate efficient...
