Job Title: Project Manager Civil, Interior & Infrastructure Work Location: Alpha Group of Instittions, Head Office CIT Nagar, Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description Alpha Group of Institutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil, Interior & Infrastructure to manage and deliver multiple projects across our campuses. The role involves end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring of new projects, renovations, extensions, and maintenance works, with strict adherence to timelines, quality, and budgets. Mandatory Requirements PMC (Project Management Consultancy) background is compulsory Strong experience in end-to-end project management Hands-on knowledge of MS Project or Primavera for project planning and tracking Working knowledge of AutoCAD (drawings review & coordination) Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and monitor civil, interior, and infrastructure projects Manage maintenance works, new construction, renovations, and extensions Prepare project timelines, resource plans, and progress reports Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure adherence to design, quality standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution plans Track project costs, variations, and timelines using MS Project / Primavera Conduct site reviews and report progress to management Close projects with proper documentation and handover Preferred Project Exposure Candidates with experience in educational infrastructure projects will be highly preferred, including: Schools & Colleges Auditoriums & Seminar Halls Hostels Canteens & Food Courts Laboratories & Specialized Academic Blocks Eligibility & Experience Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate preferred) 815 years of relevant experience in project management Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and vendors Skills & Competencies Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Salary Salary will be commensurate with qualification, experience, and skill set Interested candidates may apply by emailing their updated CV to: [email protected] or apply to this posting.
