We are a growing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) hiring experienced Project Managers – Civil for industrial and factory building projects in Delhi NCR .

Role & Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of factory / industrial construction projects , including conventional RCC structures and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) . The role involves coordination with contractors, PEB vendors, consultants, and clients , ensuring projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards .

Key responsibilities include:

• Execution of industrial / factory construction projects
• Supervision of RCC buildings, PEB sheds, foundations, and civil infrastructure
• Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring (MS Project / Primavera)
• Contractor coordination, billing, BOQ verification, and variation management
• Quality control, HSE compliance, and statutory approvals
• Client interaction and site-level leadership

Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years of site experience in industrial / factory construction
• Mandatory experience in RCC + PEB buildings
• Exposure to PMC / EPC / large contractors preferred
