Project Manager - Client Side

Dux is a design-led development advisory and project management firm delivering high-end residential projects across South‑East Queensland — and we’re growing quickly.

We’re now looking for a capable mid-level, client-side Project Manager to join our team in Bundall.

Initially, you’ll take the lead on two residential tower projects on the Gold Coast — running the ECI process with the Builder and driving the projects through to site over the next 4–6 months .

From there, you’ll move into construction delivery while gaining exposure to the full development lifecycle, including:

• Site acquisition & due diligence


• Feasibility and development strategy


• DA approvals


• Design management


• Builder procurement / ECI


• Sales & marketing coordination
