Role overview

We're hiring an 
Onboarding Specialist
 to own complex, multi-month customer implementations from kickoff to go-live. This role is project-management heavy: you'll derisk programs, coordinate stakeholders across functions, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure clients successfully adopt Aktos.

What you'll do

• Own 3+ month onboarding programs end-to-end — create and run project plans, track milestones, and remove blockers to keep implementations on time
