Project Manager

Must be eligible to work in the United States, unable to provide sponsorship at this time.

Open to paying relocation

Must be willing to occasionally travel out of state and Canada at times

Experience managing projects from $5M–$50M+

- Proven design/build project execution experience, including subcontractor management and integration of mechanical/electrical systems

- Skilled in contract negotiations, financial forecasting, and subcontractor management

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

- Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with and present to C-level executives

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration – (or similar)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive/SharePoint, and MS Project
