The Project Manager - Commercial Projects - Richmond will:

  • Lead full lifecycle project management from planning through closeout.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and overall project documentation.
  • Oversee quality, safety, and jobsite coordination in partnership with field teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam for project tracking and scheduling.
  • Provide proactive solutions to issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of workmanship.
  • Report directly to the VP of Business Development with high autonomy in daily operations.
