Job Description
Role Purpose
The Project Manager – Construction leads the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects across the FMCG facility—ranging from factory expansions and utilities upgrades to warehouse construction and layout optimization.
The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with FMCG operational requirements, including hygiene, safety, and production continuity standards.

Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning of construction and infrastructure projects including scoping, feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
