Qualifications

  • Diploma in Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years experiences.
  • Understanding of building and construction processes.

Responsibilities

  • To assist Project Director oversee all the projects matters including site progress, site cost and etc.
  • To write reports on project progress, tenders and related matters.
  • To prepare time based programs and to monitor and control the same.
  • To chair the meeting with sub-contractors for progress and safety committee.
  • To attend client and consultant meeting.
  • To co-ordinate with local authority for requirements and needs arises.
