About the Role :

Join Burger Urge as a Project Manager-Construction and lead exciting construction projects, from new venue builds to refurbishments. You'll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while working closely with a dynamic team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll oversee budgeting, timelines, and stakeholder communications to deliver successful projects that align with our brand's goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Management : Oversee construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Budget & Cost Control : Develop budgets, negotiate with stakeholders, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Design & Compliance : Work with suppliers and ensure designs meet Burger Urge's standards and building codes.
  • Leadership : Lead a construction team, collaborate with internal teams, and drive project success.
  • Quality & Safety : Ensure construction work complies with safety standards and maintain quality assurance.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Provide regular project updates and ensure all approvals and certifications are secured.

Skills & Experience :

  • Proven experience in construction project management (hospitality or commercial sectors).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ).
