Project Manager - Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The role involves end-to-end project planning, execution, coordination with stakeholders, and site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to completion
  

• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
  

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory norms
  

• Monitor site progress, productivity, and cost control
  

• Manage billing, BOQ, variations, and project documentation
  

• Resolve site issues and ensure timely decision-making
  

• Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports
  

• Ensure timely handover of projects
