Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Fit Out

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial/residential fit-out projects
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee site activities to meet programme milestones
• Control project budgets, cost forecasts, and variations
• Appoint, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, and stakeholders
• Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports
