Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead a large-scale, multi‑stream transformation program encompassing the migration of legacy on‑premises infrastructure and a complex enterprise portal solution to AWS Cloud. The role demands deep expertise in cloud transformation, Agile program governance, release and change management, and cross‑functional delivery.
The successful candidate will drive a structured yet adaptive execution model, using Agile and Scrum principles to ensure iterative progress, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes — from planning to full production rollout.
Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership- Lead and orchestrate multiple interdependent projects (infrastructure, portal, data, and application) under a unified migration roadmap.
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices at scale — facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery across workstreams.
