Description Works with limited oversight and occasional guidance from more experienced Project Managers. Overall accountability for project scope, deliverables schedule, budget, safety and quality. Develops project plans and budgets to guide the execution of the project. Coordinates and directs technical and organizational interfaces to execute the project plan.
