Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager to lead and execute Controls and Automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery and experience managing complex initiatives within the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage small to large-scale projects with minimal oversight
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously as needed
  • Develop, manage, and control project costs and schedules
  • Direct and allocate resources effectively across projects
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Guide clients in decision-making to ensure optimal solutions
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve project goals
