Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role will work directly with clients or as part of a client team, implementing Unified Communications (UCaaS) or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms and managing projects to deliver desired outcomes and ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Project Leader.
- Create documentation and manage critical aspects of project deliverables, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Utilize existing project templates or create new ones for client engagements to ensure visibility of tasks and deliverables.
- Track project progress, identify action items, resolve issues, and document decisions during the project.
- Create and document go-live checklists, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and schedules based on vendor templates.
