Project Manager –CRM & Data (CorpIT) - First Advantage (Bangalore/Mumbai)

Position Summary We are seeking a highly capable and strategic Project Manager – Data & CRM to join our Corporate IT organization, supporting both the Digital Integration & Optimization (DIO) and the CRM team.

This is a full-time role with responsibilities split approximately 50% across enterprise data initiatives and 50% across CRM and Salesforce delivery.

This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Applications and operate in a matrixed model, with strong dotted-line partnership to the Head of DIO and the CRM leadership team.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, assertive, and emotionally intelligent delivery leader who can successfully manage complex, cross-functional programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive execution across globally distributed teams.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to both data and CRM initiatives.
