We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the strategic solutions for the Customer Service team. This role will improve the communication interface with customers and enhance our customer experience.
What you will do at albo:
- Understand in depth the main pain points of our clients through our CRM and quantitative analysis.
- Define the strategic vision of the product to reduce and eradicate the creation of tickets to the Customer Service team; improving the experience in the app.
- Creation of roadmaps and product backlogs.
- Lead a multifunctional cell (designers and developers), ensuring the timely execution and quality of the backlog.
