Position Summary: The Project Manager II, Customer Success, Implementations, oversees the project management and implementation of service opportunities. This role is pivotal in completing new processes, standards, or operational plans. The Project Manager II manages customer projects by coordinating resources and ensuring execution, while providing oversight and subject matter expertise through project management practices. This position supports Advanced Lab Services and collaborates with internal teams, customers, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.
