Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Key KPIs/SLAs:

  • Project milestones achieved on schedule.
  • Budget variance and cost control.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with project management.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of project reporting.
  • Effective risk management and issue resolution.
