Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
Key KPIs/SLAs:
- Project milestones achieved on schedule.
- Budget variance and cost control.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with project management.
- Timeliness and accuracy of project reporting.
- Effective risk management and issue resolution.
