About the role

As a Project Manager at SHAPE, you’ll be responsible for delivering fitout and construction projects in Darwin and surrounding areas, with project values typically in the $3–$20M range. You’ll take an active, hands‑on role across the full project lifecycle — from tender through to handover — coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, contribute to key project decisions, and help drive high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
