*What are we looking for?

• Plan and develop the project. Possible phases. Delivery milestones.
• Follow up on the progress in the planning.
• Direct and supervise the people on the team.
• Initial site meeting and layout meetings with the Site Manager and the client.
• Management of subcontracted companies.
• Resolution of incidents on site, meetings with clients. And report them to the personnel on the construction sites.
• Control of cost deviations in installations, quality of work and costs.
• Adequate definition of estimated times and materials needed according to the requirements of each client.
• Request for products, documentation and necessary resources according to the schedule defined in the start-up meeting.
