Job Description
Project Leadership & Execution- Plan, manage, and deliver D&D projects using structured project management methodologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, quality, regulatory, finances and operations teams.Technical & Innovation Management- Translate product requirements and market insights into technical project plans.
- Support ideation, feasibility analysis, prototyping, and early-stage testing.
- Coordinate design reviews, risk assessments, and verification/validation activities.
- Evaluate technical challenges and propose solutions to ensure project progress.Provide clear, concise project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Organize and lead project meetings, documenting decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
- Risk, Compliance & Quality- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Support preparation of documentation for design controls, audits, and product approvals.Contribute to the development and refinement of R&D processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in innovation, development, and commercialization workflows.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience managing NPI, product development, or technical projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering/R&D processes, lifecycle development, and design methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday, Jira, Smartsheet).
Bilingual English/SpanishMaster's degree or MBA.

- Knowledge of design controls, risk management (FMEA), and quality systems.
- PMP, Agile, or Lean certification.Risk Management
