Job Description
1. Project Planning, Scoping & Budgeting
Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, layouts, equipment requirements, and brand-specific design standards.
Conduct site assessments, review architectural and MEP drawings, and prepare accurate cost estimates for management approval.
Coordinate with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure project requirements reflect operational needs.
2. Execution, Coordination & Vendor Management
Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external partners to ensure projects progress according to approved scope and timelines.
Oversee store fit-outs, equipment installation, utilities setup, and handover activities while maintaining consistent quality standards.
