Job Description

1. Project Planning, Scoping & Budgeting 

 Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, layouts, equipment requirements, and brand-specific design standards. 

 Conduct site assessments, review architectural and MEP drawings, and prepare accurate cost estimates for management approval. 

 Coordinate with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure project requirements reflect operational needs. 

2. Execution, Coordination & Vendor Management 

 Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external partners to ensure projects progress according to approved scope and timelines. 
 Oversee store fit-outs, equipment installation, utilities setup, and handover activities while maintaining consistent quality standards.
