Our client is hiring for the position of Project Manager

Responsibilities:

•Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

•Ability to accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation

•Familiarity with local building codes, regulatory requirements, and permitting processes

•Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects.

•Coordinate with department heads to align project objectives and requirements.

•Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and permits are obtained before project commencement.

•Track progress and proactively resolve potential delays or bottlenecks to ensure on-time completion.
