Project Manager
Responsibilities
1.Over-viewing the operation and production of the assigned exhibition stand.
2.Source and negotiate with subcontractors, production suppliers, internal (Workshop) and external (Suppliers & Sub – Contractors) supply chain, to ensure each project is successfully resourced, budgeted and managed, and delivered according to Company processes.
3.Co-ordinate with Purchasing In charge with regard of Material Purchase.
4.Analyses and review the design & technical drawings of all approved projects before submitting it to production department (Workshop).
5.Responsible to prepare the complete checklist of all the material required for the installation prior to the loading to make sure that everything is accounted.
6.Proper coordination with client to make sure the requirements and need of the clients as per their requirement.
