Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in residential F&B or retail fitout projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from design coordination and procurement through execution and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors and internal teams.
• Review and validate drawings, BOQs, materials and technical specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, variations and value engineering.
• Prepare and track project progress reports, schedules and documentation.
