Our client is a leading international technology company known for driving digital transformation across global markets. This is a hybrid position that sits between Solution Consulting and Project Management , involving both hands‑on project delivery and strategic product input, with a commercial side.

The successful candidate will take ownership of e‑invoicing projects for major enterprise customers and (€300m+ organisations) while supporting the evolution of the product and compliance strategy across multiple European markets.

• Manage and deliver European e‑invoicing and compliance projects in collaboration with customer delivery teams
• Typically 15‑20 workstreams, depending on client scale
• Support the rest of the Global Centre of Excellence team in product strategy and regulatory alignment across Europe
• Act as the bridge between product, compliance, and customer success functions
• Focus on key markets where mandates are rolling out current or soon, including Belgium, Poland, Spain and France (Germany to come shortly)
• Ensure all solutions meet local compliance requirements and contribute to the wider product roadmap

• Strong knowledge of e‑invoicing processes and mandates in different countries.
• Experience in solution consulting and/or project implementation with 2 years project management or relatable experience.
• We will look at other backgrounds (e.g. Sales) if you’re keen to progress into this role with the knowledge of the E‑invoicing CTC Mandates landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and internally – need to be team focused/collaborative.
• Based in Italy (preferred) or Spain, Germany, Belgium or France with the ability to work fully remote.
• Fluent in English ; other European languages are advantageous, especially French or German.

Up to €70,000 + 10% variable bonus – food/potential car allowance/wellness/benefits.

This team is part of the Centre of Excellence in a hyper‑growth organisation that is focused on EMEA‑wide e‑invoicing propagation as part (but heavily driving) its main suite of Finance Automation solutions. Major backing to develop its EMEA presence further – you’ll be at the creation point of that.
