About the Role



The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth academic operations, driving excellence in service delivery, and maintaining strong partnerships with universities.



Responsibilities



  • Lead and execute educational projects as per SLAs.
  • Manage academic calendars, examinations, and student support.
  • Ensure learning success and operational efficiency.
  • Drive new university initiatives and process improvements.
  • Strengthen client and university relationships.
  • Maintain reports, documentation, and performance dashboards.


Qualifications


  • 4–8 years of experience in project or academic operations.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver outcomes.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and client focus.
  • Experience in Education, EdTech, or Project/Academic Operations Management.
  • 4–8 Years in Education, EdTech, or Project/Academic Operations Management.
