With continued growth, RSGx is seeking Project Managers with a background in electrical construction and/or delivery, ideally with experience in infrastructure, rail, tunnelling, or high voltage projects, though broader infrastructure delivery will also be highly regarded. You will be responsible for project delivery, ensuring safe, timely, and commercially successful outcomes. This includes management of project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, stakeholder engagement, financial performance, and reporting. As the Project Manager, you will also lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinate with subcontractors, interface with clients, and ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, and QHSE requirements.

To thrive in this role, you must bring extensive project management experience on large scale infrastructure or EPC projects (ideally infrastructure, rail, tunnel, or HV projects) and have a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure, construction processes, and commissioning requirements working on projects between $10M - $40M in value. You will also demonstrate a high level of communication and stakeholder management skills through your client facing experience, and the ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities safely and effectively.

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Trade background with extensive construction leadership experience considered.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMBOK, or similar) beneficial.
• HV substation design/construction training or accreditation advantageous.
