The company focuses on delivering exceptional quality and service within the Property industry. Job Description Lead and manage multifamily/mixed-use projects from preconstruction through delivery. Support estimating and preconstruction efforts (currently handled by Bryan). Collaborate with Dan (finance) and Bryan (estimating/precon) on PM duties. Coordinate with 4 on-site Superintendents to ensure smooth execution. Participate in project site walk-throughs and client-facing meetings. Drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 7-10 years of project management experience in multifamily/mixed-use (50 units minimum). Strong preconstruction and estimating skills. Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. Self-starter who doesn't need babysitting-trusted to manage independently.
