Job Summary

Our client is a Property developer with large existing portfolios in Hong Kong. We are representing them to look for Project Manager (E&M) to join their well establish team in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic & master layout planning, overall project management
  • Manage internal & external stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution
  • Review Tender Document and Statutory Submission
  • Handle new build and A&A projects. 
    • Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Architeture, construction or related projects
  • Exeperience in resdential new build experience. 45 years’ experience in Hong Kong Projects, previous exposure to A&A and new development projects is preferred
  • Familiar with property projects from the conceptual stage to completion stage
  • Candidates from Developer/Contractor/Consultancy are welcome
  • Less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Manager
