About the Role
Execute cross-functional projects that deliver business value across NextEra Energy's business units. Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, technology implementations, and transformation initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
What You'll Do
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectationsPartner with business units to define requirements, develop project plans, and drive executionIdentify and mitigate project risks; escalate blockers to keep initiatives moving forwardReport project performance using dashboards and status updatesFacilitate team meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessionsDocument lessons learned and best practices to support organizational PM capability What You'll Bring:
