Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to support commercial and industrial construction projects ranging from specialized fabrication to large-scale turnkey builds. This role is responsible for managing projects from estimating through execution, ensuring accuracy in bids, strong coordination in the field, and successful delivery aligned with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.


The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in commercial or industrial construction, understands city permitting processes, and is comfortable managing projects both on-site and from a centralized facility.


Requirements


Experience as a Project Manager and/or Estimator in commercial or industrial construction


Strong understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, and project controls


Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation


Experience coordinating with cities, inspectors, and regulatory agencies


Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


Comfortable working both in-office and on active job sites
