Overview

At Huxley, we are looking for an ETO Template Project Manager Support to join a global transformation project for a client based in Barcelona, focused on the implementation of the Engineer-to-Order (ETO) template.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Manager in project and stakeholder management.
  • Coordinate tasks and milestones for the ETO template.
  • Maintain planning and escalate risks.
  • Organize stakeholder agendas (monthly meetings, corporate travel, presentations).
  • Manage backlog and sprints in Jira.
  • Control documentation in SharePoint.
  • Prepare weekly reporting: KPIs, template presentations, stakeholder updates.
  • Temporary support as PM for the Equipment Business Model team (5 BPOs).
  • Monitor workload and identify bottlenecks.
