Project Manager (Facilities Development)

Our client is a local leading player in healthcare industry. They are now recruiting a Project Manager to be part of their Facilities Development team to assist the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central-west - easily accessible.

Roles and Responsibilities of Project Manager:

• Plan and develop healthcare infrastructure facilities
• Manage projects from proposal stage through to completion
• Prepare master plans and budget proposals
• Conduct conceptual planning and feasibility studies
• Oversee design development and coordination
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents
• Supervise construction activities and ensure project delivery

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Architecture
• Experience in facilities development projects in healthcare industry
• Proficient in Autocad drawings
