In your new role you will:
- Lead end-to-end FM projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Review and validate infrastructure design specifications.
- Collaborate with Procurement (PROC) and contractors to obtain and assess quotations.
- Oversee budget planning, cost estimation, and financial forecasting.
- Approve contractor invoices based on progress and milestones (GR validation).
- Generate and present KPI-driven project reports.
- Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
