Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage consultative customer engagements with deep curiosity to deliver factory services and customer solutioning
- Build strong relationships and engagements that identify actionable insights for proposals to evolve and improve the team
- Proactively engage with other teams to successfully manage customer projects on schedule that exceed customer requirements
- Build partnerships with and manage activities of supporting teams to ensure completion of projects on or ahead of schedule
- Proactively communicate project status and manage issues/escalations to resolution and prevention
- Help identify innovation through deep curiosity, customer insights, and creative customer solutioning
- Support and help drive data analyses to develop insights that help evolve service offerings & solutioning and improve efficiencies
