    General Description

    The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations for construction projects ranging in value from $5M to $100M. The Project Manager will ensure that the project is completed safely, on schedule and within budget., FDOT experience.

    The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of project execution. This includes the overall responsibility for estimating, budget, schedule, contract compliance, safety, quality of work, project closeout, and owner satisfaction. He or she provides labor and equipment resources to staff the project adequately, monitors construction progress, sets strategic project goals, and closely monitors performance to assure the Owner’s goals are met.
