Role Purpose


We are seeking a motivated Project Manager Fire Protection to lead end-to-end project delivery for light commercial and major construction works in Victoria. This role involves managing projects from estimation and sales through installation and compliance, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve project and minor works sales targets to grow revenues and margins.

  • Manage fire protection projects from estimation, design, installation to final handover.

  • Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and regulators.

  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality controls.

  • Implement EH&S systems and uphold rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors, providing technical guidance.

  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project schedules.

  • Collaborate with Finance for billing and with Legal on contracts and tenders.

  • Utilize project management and design tools including Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Groundplan and Salesforce.

  • Provide monthly project forecasts and stay current on industry standards and company policies.

    • Your Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-6 years experience in dry fire protection project management or similar roles.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Fire detection and EWIS systems

  • Relevant fire protection qualifications (e.g., Fire Detection & EWIS, Electrician, FSD).

  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC.

  • Construction White Card and valid drivers license required.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.

  • Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving and financial skills.

  • High attention to detail and persistence to meet long-term goals.
