Job Description

  • Manage the execution of fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety projects from initiation to handover.
  • Ensure timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities (DCD, ADCD, etc.) to secure necessary approvals.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project progress and technical compliance.
  • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and resource plans.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure full customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of experience in managing Fire Protection or Life Safety projects in the UAE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of NFPA, DCD, and Civil Defense standards.
  • Proven experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
