Project Manager - Fitout

Overview

Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out (Design & Build Cat B). Location: Birmingham (Office, Site & Home Based). Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Package + Bonus. Project Values: Up to £2m. Travel: Fully Expensed. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work between the office, live project sites and home.

Responsibilities

• Managing Design & Build Cat B commercial fit out projects up to £2m.
• Leading projects through design development, procurement, delivery and handover.
• Working closely with designers, consultants and internal pre-construction teams to provide practical design input.
• Developing and managing project programmes using Microsoft Project.
• Full commercial oversight including cost control, variations, forecasting and reporting.
• Acting as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.
