Job Title: Project Manager I Position Summary: The Project Manager I is responsible for overseeing field and internal projects from initiation to completion, analyzing results, and contributing to informed business decisions. This role requires strong financial insight, project tracking, and clear communication across teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project schedules, quality, and resource allocation. Report project updates to internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with construction standards and policies. Develop operational and financial reports; support monthly performance tracking. Collaborate with estimating teams using historical data to support future project bids. Lead project meetings and coordinate with field supervisors to ensure accurate project inputs. Requirements: 5 years of experience in utility or civil construction project management. Experience with project budgeting, reporting, and scheduling. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and financial analysis. Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. Valid driver's license; up to 30% travel in AZ/NM.
