  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, buyout, execution, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and forecasts.
  • Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, contract administration, and performance management.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field operations adhere to quality, safety, and schedule targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants, providing regular project updates.
  • Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, local regulations, and project specifications.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate schedule, cost, or performance impacts.
  • Support team development, mentorship, and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
