Job Description:
The Client Ops Project/Program Manager will provide high-level operational, financial, and project management support across the U.S. Customer Engagement Operations (CEOps) function. This role manages end-to-end workflow execution for speaker programs, advisory boards, vendor contracting, purchase orders, accruals, cross-functional coordination, and compliance-aligned operational processes.
This contractor will act as a key liaison between Client Ops, Compliance, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and external partners (vendors, IQVIA). The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable navigating complex enterprise systems.
