Project Manager

Compensation Range: $35 - 40 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end workflow of multiple creative projects. This role partners closely with Product and Packaging Teams to ensure projects move efficiently and consistently from inception through delivery. You will manage simultaneous initiatives across development, production, and photography studio processes, forecast resource needs, proactively identify potential barriers, and guide solution-oriented discussions to keep work on track.

This position requires strong communication skills, independent judgment, and a strategic, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving—especially when navigating ambiguity or tight deadlines.
