Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with developers, designers, QA testers, and clients to ensure successful and timely completion of web and software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate full stack web development projects from initiation to deployment.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the development team.
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification.
Mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
Ensure quality standards are met and final deliverables align with client expectations.
Maintain documentation and prepare regular status reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software or web development agency.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with full stack technologies is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A degree or a certificate in Project management
