The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager - ACT and based in Canberra, the Project Manager will oversee small to large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The role is key to maximising profitability, optimising resource use, and providing certainty and confidence to our customers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Lead the planning and delivery of construction projects to meet agreed scope, program, and budget target
• Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, cash flow, progress claims, and variations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Oversee contracts, technical documentation, and subcontractor performance to ensure quality outcomes
• Champion health, safety, quality, and risk management across all project activities
• Support Site Managers and collaborate closely with estimating and delivery teams to optimise resources
• Provide clear, accurate reporting on project performance, risks, and profitability to senior leadership
